The Vaude Puck 10 backpack, with its waterproof bottom, outer fabric made from 100% recycled polyester and PFC-free impregnation, is equipped with everything your little explorer might need when discovering their surroundings. It's ideal for trips to kindergarten, as well as for first excursions or hiking adventures in nature. It's comfortable to wear thanks to its padded back and adjustable chest strap. A spacious main compartment, two mesh pockets, and a lid compartment will hold all essentials. And what doesn't fit inside can be attached to the external loops. An integrated rain cover will keep the backpack dry even in intense rain, a practical seat pad will be useful for children during rest breaks, and thanks to the magnifying glass, exploring will be even more fun.

About the brand
Vaude is a German family company that makes gear for the outdoors, for cycling and for the city. It was founded in 1974 by Albrecht von Dewitz in the Lake Constance region, and the brand name comes from his initials V and D. Since 2009, the company has been run by his daughter Antje von Dewitz. Vaude is still based in Tettnang, where its own workshop has been making backpacks, bike bags and other bags since 1980.

Production and working conditions
Some of the bike bags, backpacks and bags are made in Vaude's own workshop in Tettnang-Obereisenbach, where around 55 people work. The other products are sewn by contract factories. Vaude is a member of the independent Fair Wear Foundation, which uses regular audits to monitor working conditions in suppliers' factories. Since 2015, Vaude has held Leader status, the highest category in the Foundation's rating.
