30 Days to Exchange Goods

Didn't manage to find the right product you were looking for in our store? Whether you're choosing something for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones, it happens sometimes. We know this from our own experience, and that's why we want to accommodate you as much as possible.

We offer our customers the option to exchange or return unused goods within 30 days of ordering. Yes, you really have a full 30 days, so you don't have to worry about deadlines like the statutory 14-day period.

You can exchange the item for one that better meets your needs, or we can refund your money. There's no catch, you just need to meet the following conditions for this service:

• You can return any item purchased on Bagalio.cz within 30 days of the order date.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the item had tags attached, they must still be on the returned item.
• We will need a copy of the proof of purchase from our store.
• If you would like a refund for the item, please provide your bank account number.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item to you.
• The item must be returned to our store in Brno (Křenová 409/52, 60200 Brno, CZ).

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange and send the item back to you. In such a case, you will be charged for shipping the item back to you according to our standard shipping price list, and the item will be delivered by a carrier of your choice.
