The brand is part of the innovative company FOND OF GmbH, which is founded on three fundamental pillars: ergonomics, sustainability, and design. Satch's goal is to offer teenagers a backpack that is not only stylish and functional but also maximally gentle on their backs and the planet.
What has made the Satch brand famous and sets it apart from the competition is its sophisticated ergonomic system. The designers were inspired by the principles of modern trekking backpacks and transferred them to the school environment. The main idea is to shift the majority of the weight from the sensitive shoulder and back area to the much stronger and more stable pelvic area. This is achieved through a sturdy, anatomically shaped hip belt and internal aluminum rails. Most Satch backpacks are equipped with a growing back system, which allows the backpack to be perfectly adjusted to any body height from 140 to 180 cm.

Approximately 25 half-liter bottles are used to produce a single Satch Pack backpack.
