About the brand
Orbitkey is a brand of modern leather key organizers, manufactured by the eponymous Australian company based in Melbourne. Its founders are Charles Ng and Rex Kuo, whose dream of creating a visually appealing, simple, and functional key organizer became a reality in 2013, thanks to a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. Within 30 days, this idea captivated 5,000 people to the extent that they decided to financially support it and give it the green light.
The idea of how to create an effective Orbitkey key organizer was simple. The main requirement was to neatly store keys so that they are easily accessible, but do not bother us with jingling in our pockets and do not damage the screen of a mobile phone or other items stored in the same pocket or compartment.
The first models of the timeless Orbitkey key organizers became a hit after their market launch. The great success motivated the manufacturers to innovate. The result was the creation of further product lines and interesting accessories for them – the Multitool v2, a nail file with a mirror, a USB flash drive, a smart key ring, a smart key clip, a GPS key locator, or a holder for AirTag, thanks to which your organizational skills will be more perfect and your life a little easier. The portfolio of Orbitkey products also includes other gadgets – ID card holders, the organization-loving office Desk Mat, or the Nest case equipped with an organizer for laptop accessories, which also serves as a wireless charger.
The company does not forget about the environment. On the contrary, its endeavor is to inspire other companies to take a more responsible approach to production and nature. As a proud holder of the Climate Neutral Certified (CNC) certification, it commits to making maximum efforts to optimize production processes to erase its carbon footprint and not produce carbon dioxide emissions, which have a major impact on climate change. The goal is also to financially support "green projects" related to the use of renewable resources and the planting of forests. Collaboration with another non-profit organization, the Leather Working Group (LWG), aims to achieve sustainable management of raw materials.
