Our pandas simply cannot sit still for a moment. Pandora, an honorary member of the brave scooter expedition, has traveled through Nicaragua and Panama in recent days, and knowing we are still thinking of her, she sent us a few sun-drenched greetings.
Pandora's closest companions are Kacka and Sany. The girls are great – they understand Pandora's weakness for beautiful views, and in return, she provides them with the comfort and softness of her fluffy tail whenever they need a gentle embrace to soothe their homesickness.
A new participant, Michal, has also joined the team and fit into the group seamlessly. Generally, there have been very few complications. The only more extensive injury in this section was suffered by Kacka, who got a nasty sunburn and had blisters all over her right side. She is fine now, and we are convinced that the presence of our Pandora, who is simply a friend for all seasons to all animal and plant species alike, helped her recover (at least in terms of psychological support).
As for the locals and inhabitants of the lands conquered so far, the scooter riders are lucky in this regard as well – throughout the journey, they constantly meet very kind people (including, for example, Russian travelers, which helped create a sense of home for a while) who selflessly offer a helping hand or take photos of them as a souvenir. And let it be known that Pandora absolutely loves posing for the camera!
Currently, the entire expedition is crossing the border and entering South American territory. We are still keeping our fingers crossed for them and wish them a safe journey ahead!
