Think we can no longer be surprised at luggage trade fairs? Think again! New colors, shapes, and sizes – ILM has prepared all this and much more for us once again ILM .
We have been traveling to the luggage and leather goods trade fair in Offenbach, Germany, for several years now to ensure we don't miss the latest pieces and the best possible assortment that is a joy to choose from. However, this year's autumn fair brought not only new color variants or improved shapes and cuts, but also a few sad pieces of news about the discontinuation of some suitcase model lines that we (and others) will certainly miss.
With a New Color Palette
The first novelties will be waiting for you soon, during the winter season. You can look forward to the continuation of the popular Yearz Fly suitcase line, which will undergo a minor facelift during the winter. The polypropylene March Vienna line remains in all known colors, and a beautiful silver variant will be added in October. It is not a boring gray, but rather a pearlescent shade with beautiful reflections that will catch your eye from afar.
The family of indestructible polypropylene suitcases will grow by a new member – the Gotthard line. You can look forward to a highly durable and ultra-light suitcase with a built-in TSA lock and double wheels, made from recycled plastic. As for colors, you will be able to choose from black, white, and blue. You surely know March Vision from our website, a very affordable yet highly durable polycarbonate suitcase. We are currently clearing out old colors precisely because there will be beautiful new shades. Get ready for light blue, gold, copper, and gray, which you won't want to resist.

CabinZero is Trending!
Do you love low-cost travel? In that case, you also love CabinZero! And because your interest in these amazing carry-on backpacks is growing at an incredible speed, the booth of this British company was one of the main points on our list of essential stops. And the smile we arrived with certainly didn't leave us during this pleasant visit. A nice range of new designs and versions, as well as completely new products, were waiting for us.
The basic Classic line will be expanded with several more colors. The Military line will then have two new sizes, Medium and Mini. While you won't find reinforced backs on the Mini version, all Military backpacks will be complemented by a practical side handle for comfortable carrying. A big step forward are the rain covers, which hopefully will eventually have their own secret pocket on every CabinZero. However, that is still music for the future, and the realization of these plans does not yet have a set date.

Smile, Please!
New pieces were also waiting for us at the booth of the Canadian company Heys. We were most captivated by the novelties in the form of children's suitcases with emoji motifs. A smiling face with hearts instead of eyes will simply thrill every child. Heys also has an ace up its sleeve for little athletes (or their dads) – a line of suitcases in the shape of a soccer, basketball, and baseball ball. And we must not forget the new animal motifs from the Travel Tots Lightweight Kids family. A cute tiger and bunny will be added to the existing animals. This time, however, it will only be a separate suitcase, which will no longer be accompanied by a backpack, as was the case with older variants.
You can also look forward to the expansion of the stone-motif suitcase line. Marquina will be all black with white marble elements, complemented by copper elements on the handle and pull-out trolley. Portoro will be black as well, but this time with golden marble veins. The handle and trolley will also be matched in gold. For globetrotters, there will be a classic-new line of map-motif suitcases, this time in a vintage style and sepia color design.

Unfortunately, there were also unpleasant changes for us – the popular polypropylene Zeus suitcases are ending. In the future, they should be replaced by suitcases from the Athena line, but at the moment, even the manufacturer does not know when this line will hit the market. For now, you can choose from the Helios line, which is made of the same material, just slightly different in its design.
Overwhelmed by Novelties

Probably the most news awaited us at the manufacturers Titan and Travelite. Let's start with the basic model of the hardshell suitcase Travelite Quick. Dark blue, green, and anthracite will be added to the existing vibrant colors. From the same material, you will also have a choice of a second model called City, which will be equipped with an expander and double wheels in sizes M and L. The simple textile suitcase Wawe will be available in three colors – black, blue, and pink.
A limited edition of textile suitcases, which will be available in the middle of winter, bears the name Hawaii. As the name suggests, it will be a colorful suitcase that you definitely won't miss on the airport belt, and it will also have an expander. It will be available in carry-on size on two wheels, while other sizes will be classic four-wheelers.

A complete novelty is the Stream line, which uses a new system of embedding wheels deeper into the suitcase, so the wheels will be protected and you will also gain more space inside the suitcase. They will be produced in two color versions: gray-black-red and green-gray-blue. Sizes M and L will also have expanders, so the volume of the suitcase will be variable. The business line of luggage CrossLITE remains, only it will be expanded with a new product – a combination of a bag and a backpack, which also has an expander. One piece thus offers several possible ways of use.
From the hardshell suitcases in our offer, suitcases named Echo will be added. This is 100% polycarbonate on four wheels. In the medium size, the suitcase will also have an expander. However, the novelties do not avoid suitcases made of flexible polypropylenes either. A new Macro will appear here, which, in addition to highly durable material, will also have patented locks. You can look forward to three color variants – Red, Black, and Taupe.

Lovers of two-wheeled suitcases will be pleased with the new version of Capri, which will have two wheels in all available sizes, unfortunately, however, only in red. Also, the popular and very high-quality Titan Nonstop has received a two-wheeled version again in all sizes, but only in gray.
Which novelties are you looking forward to the most, and which changes, on the other hand, did not excite you too much? Share your impressions with us in the comments.
