For the fifth time, we visited the International Leather Goods and Travel Luggage Fair in Offenbach, Germany. This time, we set off a day earlier to rest after the long drive and recharge for a full day at the fair. It was a good decision – getting to our destination was a real challenge, but the effort was worth it in the end.
Even though we try to leave as early as possible every time, we didn't get into the car until around eleven o'clock. Our suitcases, vanity case, backpacks, and handbag occupied the back seats, and our dog Tobi was sitting in the trunk. We were already on our way in spirit, but our vehicle didn't share our enthusiasm. Roman turned the key, but the car just clicked. The departure was delayed by about two hours, during which our car received professional care at a nearby service center. On the way, we encountered several traffic complications due to a congested highway, but although we were driving without navigation like true experts, we were lucky enough to exit the highway before the traffic jam trapped us. We arrived at the hotel around nine in the evening, happy to have arrived safely.
An expedition into the realm of luggage

We took the free Friday to relax and prepare materials for Saturday, as we had a full day of meetings, product presentations, and approaching new brands ahead of us. The first supplier we visited was Totto. At the manufacturer's stand, we looked at the latest colorful designs and products from their wide range of backpacks and bags. We were particularly interested in the small Blideny backpack, which has a capacity of less than seven liters and is offered in three subtle color variants, always combined with leather elements. The backpack is perfect for young ladies or women who want a small and stylish accessory.
From Totto, we moved on to the Canadian luggage manufacturer Heys. Here, at first glance, we were most impressed by the new luggage patterns imitating stones. In addition to the existing Blue Agate, black and white marble and quartz will be added to our offer. The suitcases have truly beautiful colors, look luxurious, and will certainly be unmistakable at the airport.

The new Motif line of polycarbonate suitcases in metallic colors with an embossed pattern also caught our attention. We saw silver, gold, and champagne colors in person. Among the reliefs, we were most interested in the snowflake motif and Indian ornaments. The suitcases looked truly elegant and tasteful. You can look forward to them; they are already ordered. :-)
After visiting the Heys stand, we also briefly stopped by

Titan and Travelite did not disappoint again

Svenja, with whom we have been working for several years, was already waiting for us at the stand and guided us through the exhibited assortment. An interesting novelty worth mentioning was the Basics travel bag with an expander, which has a similar layout to a suitcase. It is on wheels and has two separate internal pockets – simply a great compromise between a suitcase and a travel bag. You can see it in the anthracite version in the picture.

A hot new product from the Titan stable is the Limit line, which will initially be produced in red, black, and white. These are four-wheeled polypropylene suitcases in standard sizes S, M, and L. This year, the creators of the Titan brand also expanded their offer with a line of business bags in all possible sizes, in black and gray color variants. All bags have a padded laptop compartment, plenty of storage space, and a strap for attaching to a suitcase handle.
CabinZero is the carry-on of the future
You certainly couldn't have missed the CabinZero brand on our website. These are practical, functional, and durable backpacks suitable as carry-on luggage, which we are as enthusiastic about as you are, which is why we also stopped by this brand during the fair. We were mainly interested in new colors and a possible expansion of the offer. From you, our customers, we have requests for more colorful variants with waist and chest straps. We asked the CabinZero company representatives the same question, and their positive answer pleased us. So, you can definitely look forward to an expansion of the collection in the future. For this year, however, only a few colors of the standard series have been added – for example, denim imitation in blue and gray is worth mentioning.

Elegance on the go

Our last stop of the first day was the Italian company MyWalit, from which we source luxurious colorful genuine leather wallets. Like every year, we were swooning over the beautifully crafted and color-coordinated pieces. For this autumn/winter season, new color combinations have been designed, namely autumn brown tones and a winter purple-gray variant. Both combinations are very tasteful and elegant. Given that these products are becoming increasingly sought-after and popular with you, we have decided to expand the offer to include handbags from this manufacturer's workshop, so you really have something to look forward to!
The second day was all about new brands. First, we stopped at the stand of the Belgian company Hedgren. A very pleasant lady took care of us and guided us through the entire assortment. We were able to touch and examine in detail a wide range of bags, handbags, and backpacks. The manufacturer focuses mainly on female clientele and designs its products to be tasteful, subtle, and very practical. Their assortment will soon be in our e-shop and in the store.

A longer stay awaited us at the March company stand. Like every year, they had prepared novelties that they presented with enthusiasm. Perhaps the most interesting newcomer in the offered assortment is the Ranger line – hard-shell suitcases made of a combination of polycarbonate and ABS plastic, with an integrated TSA lock and at a very pleasant price. They will be produced in four colors, specifically black, silver, brown, and orange.
Other novelties are the New Manhattan (PC) and Vienna (PP) lines with a vanity case. The owner of the company personally showed us the durability of his suitcases. In the picture, you can see that he was calmly standing on the suitcase with his full weight. Afterward, the suitcase simply returned to its original shape without being permanently damaged.

Our panda could not be missing
We ended our stay with a beautiful walk to a nature reserve with water birds and an excellent dinner at an Italian restaurant. We returned home with lots of new experiences and a pile of catalogs. Our next trip to Offenbach, Germany, awaits us again in winter, so we will see what novelties the manufacturers will prepare for us for the summer season.
Finally, I want to show you that even representatives of large and serious companies have a sense of humor. They willingly took photos with our small and cute panda mascot, for which we thank them very much.
